It's my sad duty to announce that William "Bill" Smyly has passed away. Bill Smyly was a Past Exalted Ruler as well as serving in all other officer positions during his forty-eight years as an Elk. His funeral will be held this Saturday, June 2009, at 3:00 at the New Live Oak Cemetary.
